- Administered from 4th day until 6 weeks after birth. Given only to babies in at-risk groups.
- Recommended only. Vaccination not funded by the National Health system or health insurance. 2 or 3 doses/depends on the vaccine used.
- The first dose of hexavalent vaccine is given from the end of the 2nd month of life, at intervals of two months between the first and the second dose, and the third dose given between the eleventh and thirteenth months of the child's age
- Booster dose for person between 25th and 26th years of age; next booster dose every 10 - 15 years
- One booster dose in adulthood is recommended, 10 to 15 years after the last dose. Pertussis vaccination is also recommended for pregnant women from the 27th gestational week. Vaccination is recommended at every pregnancy.

Also covered for individuals in long-term care hospitals, in nursing homes for seniors, in residential facilities for persons with disabilities or in facilities with a special care regime, provided that these individuals suffer from chronic non-specific respiratory diseases, chronic diseases of the heart, blood vessels, or kidneys, or from diabetes treated with insulin.The vaccination is recommended also for people 18+ with risk factors. - MenB vaccination for infants is covered by health insurance if the schedule is started before the age of 1 year, and vaccination for adolescents if vaccination is started at the age interval from 14 to 16 years. MCV4 vaccination for toodlers is covered by health insurance if is administered at the age interval from 12 to 23 months and vaccination for adolescents if vaccination is started at the age interval from 14 to 16 years. Vaccination with MenB and MCV4 vaccines is covered by health insurance for persons of all ages with immune disorders.
