- Two doses at 4 or more weeks interval recommended in individuals born in Spain since 1970 with no documented history of vaccination
- 2 doses recommended at 4+ week-interval (preferably 8 weeks) to individuals with no documented history of disease and no documented prior vaccination (in the case of adults, vaccination is recommended if IgG serology for varicella is negative).
- Extension of HPV vaccination to boys aged 12, applicable since October 2022. Two-dose schedule (6 months intervals between doses).
- Previously unvaccinated girls. Three-dose schedule from 15 years of age.
